Hi Karon! The participant will wear an accelerometer tag on their ankle to help the Emerald device recognize who is the patient. At home the patient will also wear 3-6 MC10 patches Lindsay mentioned, which will be used as the gold standard to verify against the Emerald data. We want to determine if the Emerald device is feasible for use in the Rett population - ie does is accurately measure their breathing, movement, sleep etc? There is also a one-time visit to our offices in Boston for a baseline video recording using the MC10 patches and BioRadio device to measure respiratory signals. Please reach out to me for more information!

Given the challenges of CNS delivery, a partial cure would likely be the first reality. I wonder how you think about the clinical readiness that Dominique talked about at the current stage? Such as quantitative clinical measurement?

Fantastic! Thank you to all who helped to make this possible. I look forward to being able to share the recordings of today.
